KerberRose Announces New Shareholders and Senior Manager

KerberRose is pleased to announce several new promotions, effective Jan. 1, 2021. New Shareholders are: Stacey Donovan, CPA, small business tax and consulting services; Zachary Linsmeyer, CPA, non-profit and employee benefit plan auditing; Kristin Tyczkowski, CPA, small business and individual tax and accounting; Brian Wild, CPA, business and individual tax and consulting services; and Daniel Wotruba, Director of Wealth Management. Transitioning to Senior Manager is Dan Lightfuss, CPA, non-profit and employee benefit plan auditing.

Stacey Donovan, CPA
Previously the Senior Manager of the Stevens Point office, Stacey Donovan, CPA, will become a Shareholder. Stacey has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in providing tax and consulting services to small-to-medium size businesses and their owners, as well as non-profit organizations and the agriculture industry.

“KerberRose is a growing firm with a small-town atmosphere, and we focus our growth on being Trusted Advisors to our clients. We are successful at this by caring about our team members on both a professional and personal level – whether it be through mentoring and leadership programs, or encouraging work-life balance. I hope to be a role model as Shareholder by passing on my knowledge to other staff and hopefully inspire future leaders within the firm,” said Stacey.

Zach Linsmeyer, CPA

Also promoted to Shareholder from Senior Manager in the Shawano office is Zachary (Zach) Linsmeyer, CPA. Zach has more than nine years of accounting and auditing experience, and focuses his expertise in audits, reviews and consultations of non-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.

Zach discussed his desire to demonstrate passion and drive as Shareholder, representing the mission, vision and partner commitment to ensure success at every level across the firm. “As a Shareholder, I am committed to helping train and leverage talent at KerberRose and to remaining steadfast in our core values to support the firm’s future leaders.”


Kristin Tyczkowski, CPA
Kristin Tyczkowski, CPA, also will be promoted from Senior Manager in the Green Bay office to Shareholder. Kristin has been with the firm for 15 years and specializes in tax planning, tax preparation, compilation, payroll and bookkeeping assistance for small-to-medium sized businesses, individuals, trusts and estates. 

Kristin brings to her new role a deep passion for her job, stating, “A leader who enjoys their job and has the attitude to be successful creates a ripple effect throughout the firm, and other team members will want to follow in their footsteps. I want to be a role model to others and create a workplace everyone wants to be in.”


Brian Wild, CPA 
New to the firm in 2020, Brian Wild, CPA, will be promoted from Senior Manager in the Antigo office to Shareholder. Brian has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting, finance and tax; he specializes in manufacturing financial analysis, merger and acquisition due diligence, accounting and payroll support, and tax compliance.

“In my limited time with KerberRose, I have noted an openness to pursue streamlining operations; strategic thinking; and commitment to employee satisfaction, firm unity and client service. I hope to help KerberRose continue to grow by encouraging and empowering others within the firm and energizing our staff to create community presence and awareness,” Brian said of his decision to partner with KerberRose.


Dan Wotruba
Daniel (Dan) Wotruba, Director of Wealth Management at KerberRose, will also become a Shareholder. Dan has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry providing financial planning and portfolio construction services designed to help clients achieve personal and family goals.

Dan’s approach to taking on the role of Shareholder is humanistic, centered on KerberRose’s mission and values. “I strive to learn from every situation. From the day of my first interview with KerberRose, I stressed the importance of building a lasting process through strong habits and leading by example.”

On handling leadership, Dan stressed the importance of development, saying, “Without constantly investing in the development of others, any success becomes finite; meanwhile, continuous investment in others leads to infinite success.”

Dan Lightfuss, CPA

Finally, Dan Lightfuss, CPA, will be promoted to Senior Manager from Manager in the Fox Cities office. Dan has more than 25 years’ experience in public accounting and auditing, focusing on non-profit organizations, employee benefit plans and small businesses. He has been with KerberRose for two years.

“Dan is able to lead his teams with confidence and cultivates long-term, meaningful relationships with clients. He takes the time to teach and develop staff, and we are happy to see him transition into a larger leadership role,” said Karen Kerber, CPA/CITP and Shareholder-in-Charge of Audit.
